Mushroom Pizza Bread
170 g All purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
175 ml Light beer
60 g Spaghetti sauce
110 g Mushrooms, sliced
60 g Edam cheese, grated
1. Preheat oven to 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7. Lightly coat a 9" (about 23 cm) square baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine flour, baking powder, & salt in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add beer and stir with a fork until blended.
3. Spread dough in prepared pan. Spread tomato sauce over the dough. Sprinkle with mushrooms and top with grated cheese.
4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into 16 squares and serve warm.
