Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup of skimmed milk, chilled 1 pack of artificial sweetener ½ teaspoon of vanilla 1 cup of blueberries
Blend the milk, sweetener and vanilla in a blender, gradually adding the blueberries and stirring as you go until the mixture is thick and creamy.
