Chicken Broth Tuna
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of chicken broth, low-fat, low-sodium 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 1/4 cup of tangerine juice 1 tablespoon of minced fresh lemongrass 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper 1 1/2 lb of fresh tuna steaks
Combine broth, soy sauce, oil, juice, lemongrass, and pepper in a pan. Add tuna and marinate for approximately 1 hour. Grill tuna steaks away from heat until done and serve immediately.
